Increase range of motion in every exercise as well as difficulty.
Most beginners find it hard to do their training on rings but as soon as they progress, doing the same training on the floor or bar would be easy peazy.
The reason why it is so much harder to demonstrade skills on rings than on the bar, is because rings is an unstable environment, it always swing hard. And the grip position is also harder than usual.
However, i personally suggest beginners to train on rings to get best results.
